November 1: Registration Deadline
November 2: Release of general schedule of the weekend
November 10: Volunteer Deadline
If you wish to volunteer, please do so , and please encourage your team members to volunteer as well.
November 11: Rankings Deadline
On November 11 at 11:59pm PST we will be saving the rankings of all of the registered teams as they are at that point in time in order to determine pools for the tournament. I would recommend getting some more official games in before that date - remember that you must schedule official games at least 2 weeks in advance.
November 12: Live Pool Selection - details for this will be released at a later time
November 13: Gameplay Schedule Released
November 15: Rosters Due
November 17: General Volunteer and Snitch Schedule Released
November 18: Ref Schedule Released
November 20: Ref Requirement Deadline
All teams must have had at least one team member attempt the head ref test. This means that they must have already passed the snitch and assistant ref tests, so please don't leave this to the last minute! For all information regarding ref testing, please see this page. Please note that if you do not meet this requirement we will be forced to not allow your team to play in the tournament, so please don't put us in that position.
